What forms of payment do we accept?
We take debit card using our CATM terminal, which rounds up to the nearest $5 increment and charges a non refundable $3 fee.
If you order online you may also use JanePay for an ACH transfer through AeroPay.
Do I need to be 21 to shop?
Yes. You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID.
Customers 18+ with a valid medical recommendation and ID are also welcome.
Do we accept out-of-state IDs?
Yes! We accept valid, government-issued IDs from any U.S. state/territory and country. As long as your ID is current and scannable, you’re good to shop with us. (Passport? Also okay!)
What’s our return or exchange policy?
All cannabis sales in California are final, but we’ve got you covered if something’s defective.
If you experience an issue with a product—like a faulty cartridge, non-working battery, or incorrect item—bring it back with the original packaging and receipt, and we’ll gladly help with an exchange for the same item or a store credit where legally allowed. (Within 48 hours of purchase)
How much cannabis can I buy at once?
Can I place an online order?
Absolutely! You can browse our live menu and place pickup orders online. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
California law allows adults 21+ to purchase up to:
1 ounce (28.5g) of flower
8 grams of concentrates
Medical patients may be allowed more depending on their recommendation.
